- jsjohnst 6y agoYou really should look into D&I training, either through your employer or via outside sources if your employer doesn't have a good D&I program (they should!). These types of accidental slips are toxic to the work environment and you need to focus on and address the unconscious biases that led you to word the question the way you did.
