Curious to know if this strategy was considered:

--auto-scaling-group-name ${TARGET_EKS_CLUSTER} \
--preferences MinHealthyPercentage=75,InstanceWarmup=120
A launch template is attached to the ASG so the instance can be bootstrapped joined to the cluster after init
