This issue is pretty much global. It's the same story here in Sweden. As far as root cause goes, I think people are fucking more than they are building. Solutions? It's not easy, and the most effective ones are not going to be popular. We're eventually gonna have to try to make people have fewer babies, I say we start now so that we don't have to do anything so drastic in a couple of decades. It's annoying now when housing is expensive, but when food prices start climbing were gonna have a real problem.
