I always drive with the speed limiter in the city and mostly with cruise control on highways. I can easily imagine keeping the speed exactly at the limit, without having to stare at the speedo. Most people are amazed I just relax around speed cameras. "Careful! You need to slow down. Oh, you are already at or below the speed limit." I don't get why this isn't a routine for all drivers.
