- gerdesj 6y agoWe use kg most of the time for weight unless lbs and oz work better. The m is very handy and we spell it correctly hereabouts - metre (unlike your mates in the US) but when subdivided, the cm is 2.54 too small (1 inch is 2.54 cm) Need I go on ... 8)
