    This number doesn't pass the smell test. I might believe that Muslims are committing more rapes that Nordics, but no rapes at all in Oslo by Nordic men? The only non-blog article I could find on this was from NRK in Norwegian: http://www.nrk.no/nyheter/norge/1.6944861 http://www.nrk.no/nyheter/norge/1.6944861. Translating through Google, it says the police only starting keeping statistics on rape in 2006 (?!?) and that there were 21 in 2008 and 11 in 2009. According to Wikipedia, the Oslo metro area has 1.4 million people and Norway has a per capita rape rate of 20 per 100,000. So on average you'd expect something like 280 rapes per year in Oslo. Something here doesn't make sense.

      The linked article has an embedded news report. They name the police report in question. You could hunt it down from there.
