Talent war? Sounds more like a salary bubble reminiscent of the housing bubble. No wonder so many things aren't made in America any more. We're just so expensive to hire. Then again, with all these teenagers and college kids founding million dollar startups, who's left for Google and Facebook to hire? The top 10% are the ones they want to hire, but they are already starting their own business. It takes a lot of money to lure these people away.
