This is how motorhomes are made to this day. If you buy a gas Class A coach new it is made on a Ford F53 chassis while the body is made by any number companies completely different. If it’s a diesel it going to most likely be a Frieghtliner, but might be a Spartan chassis. The engine will be Cummins and the transmission Allison.
