- Guthur 6y agoI'm not sure who started showing images with the Integrate Heat Spreader removed, I feel it must have been AMD with the chiplet design, but those shiny chips do look shiny :)
- bserge 6y agoI remember the first mobile Core 2 Quads, two dies on a package, was a "we're living in the future" moment haha
