I see the first two amendments have become too much of a burden for the modern government?

  It’s convenient that they’re dismantling our rights in sequential order. When they get around to the fourth and fifth, people will wish they’d acted while they were dismantling the first and second.

    They aren't doing them in order, the fourth amendment stopped being meaningful when dragnet spying on the entire citizenry became the norm.
