- refurb 6y agoHere is my attempt - real and imagined concerns around the integrity of the election got enough people riled up to exhaustively challenge it through the courts and bum-rush the Capitol. The court cases mostly failed (some are still on-going), a lot of elected officials started to drop support when they realized not much evidence existed to overturn results and the crazies were coming out of the woodwork.
