There's probably redundant software to ensure that the gun never shoots the jet so I speculate this was a mechanical failure.

The jet did not “shoot itself” A round or weapon malfunction led to a round exploding in the barrel of the gun, causing damage. Jesus Christ, talk about click bait.

  VICE has been on a rampage of anti-US articles, day after day, video after video. It is no longer the VICE we know of early 2010s when it did factual reporting.

    Fun fact: Vice was founded by Gavin McInnes, former contributor to right-wing Canadian outlet Rebel Media and nowadays best known as a founder of the Proud Boys. Supposedly curreny Vice employees are forbidden from mentioning his name.

      Afaik Gavin McInnes was only one of the three founders, Suroosh Alvi and Shane Smith are the other two.

    'vice' ... 'factual reporting' ... Good grief. VICE is a street punk magazine founded by 1990's hustlers trying to make some money. I remember reading them back when they would have articles like "How to eat Pu$$y". Seriously. The entire 'hipster journalism' and then the woke evolution is just an extension of the hype. They are a gritty pair of sneakers owned by an old guy looking to make billions, that's it. FYI Gavin McInnes is not so much 'Far Right' as he is like a Football Firm (i.e. football hooligan). It's not ideological, it's street macho/alpha ridiculousness. They are the street-level version of Trumpism. It's always been a hustle.
