Does this calculation include property tax (or home owner's insurance as another commenter mentioned)?
- gshubert17 6y agoAccording to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI calculator, $2500 in 2000 has the same purchasing power as $3800 in 2020. I believe that difference would be able to cover increases in property taxes and insurance.
