Agree 100%. I've never gotten really proficient at any single text editor, but I've also never really felt like typing/editing was a significant part of the time I spend programming. Hearing other people talk about their amazing productivity gains from time to time makes me think I should master a particular text editor, but I don't expect I ever will because it just doesn't seem like a limiting factor to me. Could be wrong.
