If there wasn't a conspiracy theory that says the bot isn't actually stuck and its all being faked by (them), then after enough people read this, there sure will be one. There goes your wishful thinking that we all agree on one thing for once. BTW the first time I read that "it was made on purpose and not an accident"-theory, was literally minutes after I head about the whole thing. There is and never will be anything we humans all agree on. And quite frankly I dont see why anyone would strive to find something with universal agreement, if its so meaningless like this one. Its not like we could build common ground on this.
