Drop the Zoom video? Audio-only communication boosts group IQ
- chovybizzass 6y agoI never turn my video on now. At 46 nobody will hire me if I turn on video. Once I turned off videos during interviews I got several offers.

- prepend 6y agoI find video helpful to pick up on nonverbal queues like if someone is trying to say something, better than the raise/lower hand emote. I also find that with team building it helps to put faces with names but that’s not as important as trying to improve the amount of information shared in the group call.
