A couple years ago my account was flagged as spam. I'd uploaded a silly picture with a silly location tag. They sent an email requesting identity validation. I took it as a great opportunity to quit and haven't been back since. Well, not entirely. I did end up making a new account just for family, but I check it only a couple times a year. But I've done nothing with business with FB. Good luck :-/
