Apple says iOS has alternative app distribution because the internet exists
- zepto 6y agoConsidering about half of what I do with my iPhone (including interacting with my own software) is through web apps, this seems like it’s obviously true.
- CharlesW 6y agoThat's about how it breaks down for me, too. And that's even considering how many companies seem go out of their way to make their mobile web experience terrible in comparison to their native apps — here's looking at you, Reddit.
