I had no idea ClojureCLR existed. Has anyone played with it?
- Zelphyr 6y agoI have a little. I couldn't find documentation that was as extensive as Clojure's around CLR interop so I put that project to the side.
- slifin 6y agoI've used it indirectly through Arcadia which allows you to use Clojure as a live programming environment inside the unity game engine It's pretty cool
- daxfohl 6y agoA bit of experience using ClojureCLR several years ago. I had mostly .Net experience at the time and wanted to explore so tried it out. I created some WinForms and Console apps, successfully passing stuff to and from C# code. I can't say there were any glaring problems with it. It worked surprisingly well. But eventually it was obvious that .Net was a 2nd class platform. Just, tooling wasn't there, so I just moved all that code to the Java ecosystem instead.
