Agreed. Before I was done watching the very first scene of that movie, I had my phone out because I thought maybe I didn't know he had ASD.
Nope. He didn't. Just the way pop culture likes their nerds to act.
- willis936 6y agoThat’s because Turing in the movie had a textbook case of ASD. They just went down the checklist of behaviors and put them all in. It was cringey to see a character study get it that wrong intentionally.
