Are you saying you did ROT-13 on vowels and ROT-15 on consonants? If so, that isn't a conformal mapping so how do you reverse it?

  It is if you operate on two distinct sets, eg vowel in/vowel out.

  Well, if you can't reverse it, then wouldn't that make it really secure? :)
