From what I've noticed it is a problem across the orgs. But if my team and myself can at least find a solution to avoid this overdose of meetings it would be great! I've tried to implement asynchronous communication but right now it is a half-failure (90% of things are dealt with meetings...) So thank you for the video I will check it out :)
