Why does the article mention race so much? What's race got to do with it?
- sneak 6y agoBecause in the US, when two groups or people have a disagreement and the cops show up, one group is assumed to be law-abiding by default and the other is assumed to be not. Police-initiated violence follows. Some people like this outcome, some do not, and think it's unfair, especially when the latter group was there first/longer.
