Perhaps because most of the German film Industry had migrated to Hollywood by then
- solarhoma 6y agoMaybe, but you would think Germany wouldn’t make the list again afterwards after losing talent/knowledge. So, it could also be showing the affect of a war torn country split East and West and how long it took to regain the population to support film.
