- replyifuagree 6y agoI think the gap between the manager and IC engagement scores can be partially chalked up to just how much "The Emperor's New Clothes Are Amazing" speak that permeates the corporate world. Regimes that result in people telling a lie day-in-day-out are bound to influence the survey results.
