I find it hard to believe that anyone will lend them money in the next 24 months, so I'll take the over. Seriously though, how is one expected to deploy that much cash so quickly with something so new and experimental? I can't help but feel there's more to the story.

The only reasonable explanation I can come up with is that they were going to go the service -> API -> platform -> advertiser platform -> data mining -> $$$ route. Or something like that.
