Ask HN: Fastmail alternative with EU based servers

I'm in the process of migrating some self-hosting domains (only email) because I no longer have the time to manage them myself and I am looking for email hosting with custom domains, like the service Fastmail is providing. Yet, with servers based in the EU. Any recommendation?
