Ask HN: Swedbank discrimination against migrants
Swedbank (of Sweden) cancelled a MasterCard card because they find my activities "suspicious". I am 4000km away in a much cheaper Asian country. The card is on another family member.
We are family of migrants to Sweden. I think the decision was a discrimination against us. Some clerks got too cocky.
What is the proper way to complain and where to? Is there any overseeing authority? Thanks.

- kristoo 6y agoFor better or worse that's pretty standard practice for banks. Usually a single phone call is enough to clear up the matter.
