Distribution is OK. The main problem is the availability of the approved vaccine doses. AZ vaccine is easy to move around, at near 0°C.
As for the flip-flopping, it’s the usual media game. High public expectations, low delivery.
What is really annoying is that french pharma has not been able to invent a vaccine or at least able to manufacture someone else’s.
