- D13Fd 6y agoIt appears that you may not have read anything but the title of the act. “Whoever . . . intentionally accesses a computer without authorization or exceeds authorized access, and thereby obtains . . . information from any protected computer;” Would you want to go to trial over whether circumventing security through obscurity qualifies as access without authorization or exceeding authorized access?
