I'm not sure this is even possible today. SaaS is literally you being subject to unpredictable A/B tests, UX changes, API changes, etc. This is what people signed up for. Automatically managed updates. I don't know too many places that don't rely on some sort of cloud service/SaaS today. Can Github even hit two nines availability this year, I wonder. But we all sit idle while they fix their shit for the 8th time this month.
