None of this is true. The UK screwed nobody, they just wrote a good contract independent of EU. If the UK knew there were not going to be able to manufacture there, they would have made it elsewhere. Nationalizing exports is a massive problem, and it may very well be illegal. Nobody screwed the EU or Canada, they just failed to take appropriate action.
