Been living here for many years already. Even worked a lot on the help desk, taught in vocational education and held a couple of training courses. At least around here my evaluation is that ordinary users are a lot more capable than we give them credit for. Or maybe I'm just insanely good at helping people, or I misunderstand or something else, you choose ;-)
