Much the same way as if one were to look at our own neural connections, it would not reveal our memories. The recall of some pieces lead to a reconstruction of the feeling or the memory itself, and so it is with archived data of the Internet. Maybe this article reveals how accurately archives work when used in conjunction with our own mental ones.
