RAC1 is the current SLS (basically) and RAC 2 was basically modern Saturn V. I remember in 2016 people saying 'we can't cancel it, its almost ready' but the only thing that makes sense, if you do any sort of analysis, even the most optimistic (that will 100% not happen) its a terrible project that is gone hold NASA back for years.
