C&C remastered is much better to indulge in some single player C&C nostalgia. It's great for that, the remastered graphics are crisp and it includes an insane amount of content - behind the scenes, all the expansions etc.
It also fixes none of the balance issues. If you want a good multiplayer experience, OpenRA is the one to get.
