Where can I get something like that that I can use as a library in my own program? I don't care if costs money or is open source, just that it works. The closest I can find is Tesseract which was developed in the '80s, and for handwriting it gets maybe two thirds of the letters right. Doesn't work on cursive. I want something that gets 99 point something right and works on cursive, that I can use as a library, offline. Plus flying cars, and a pony.
