Harassing how, exactly? How do you know this is the FBI?

  Mouse overs – when I move the cursor around the screen in normal use of the computer, the cursor will gravitate to certain words or areas of the screen to send a signal / message. Loading of videos on YouTube. Manipulation of news articles, advertisements, voice communication and text messages. They are fighting with another government authority that is doing similar signaling through my computer.

    Without some sort of evidence, this just sounds like schizophrenia.
