AFAIK, Green Arrow does not use a crossbow - probably because it would seem unfair, cowardly or not manly enough. That may be a part of deciding the scope of the ban to semi-automatic aim-and-pull-trigger murder weapons. Is the author incapable of differentiating the subject matter of their article, after they have described it in several ways?
