"Remove the dock":
$ defaults write com.apple.Dock autohide-delay -float 1000 && killall Dock
- zumu 6y agoI'm already using the 'autohide-delay' trick, but random randomly icons from the hidden dock will start bouncing and I can see the dock when I do the mission control view or whatever they call it. On Snow Leopard you could actually kill the dock and it'd stay killed.
