Thinking about it this way it's clear how unintentionally selfish these events are. It's literally a transfer of energy levels from the introvert who doesn't want to be there to the extrovert who organized it and forced everyone to go. The introvert leaves feeling drained and the extrovert leaves feeling energized. My guess is it's a negative sum transfer - introverts lose more than the extroverts gain.
