If a company could produce a computer that could think with the complexity of a 3 year old that would be revolutionary. To put 3 year olds behind the wheel of 1 gigajoule of kinetic energy would also be revolutionary.
- camjohnson26 6y agoYes recreating life would be revolutionary. Worth remembering that science has never created life from non life. We’ve manipulated DNA and cloned but never created from scratch even the simplest life forms. We shouldn’t assume that recreating human brains in computers is an unavoidable eventuality, computers are different than brains.
