This isn't Autopilot, this is FSD Beta. We don't know if it has had any accidents because it's limited to a handful beta testers. Anyway, "accidents" are not a good measure of safety for FSD Beta because just in this video it would've caused about 4-5 accidents and all of them were averted only because the driver intervened.
