- njacobs5074 6y agoSo, I don't know if the author's intent is to describe a world that feels a little utopian or not. Aspiration is a good thing. And, I do agree that the work environment has become more fluid in terms of structure at many companies. But, I also think that it's just another set of rules to navigate into a position of influence and power. I am concerned that people will read the above blog and come away thinking that they have newfound freedoms. We don't.
