The Case for Abolishing Patents (Yes, All of Them) (2012)
- zzo38computer 6y agoI also wanted to abolish all patents, and I think that whatever problems it may cause are probably worth it. (There may have been a use for patents in the past, but even if so, that is no longer the case.) I think that there are further transitions that could be made rather than only shortening patent terms; there can also remove some restrictions on other people's use of them (e.g. so that FOSS cannot be sued for patents), and perhaps to prevent filing new patents. But, the final goal should be to abolish patents entirely, and it ought to not take too long to do so. Copyright should also be abolished, also with transitions.

Basically you buy tablets and u dissolve them in water to make soap, window cleaning spray etc. Eliminating plastic bottles and shipments costs, as most of what is shipped is water. They operate only in USA. They will probably never expand to EU. But we can't have this in EU because they patented this shit. Patents kill innovation
