World leaders can tweet, they shouldn't be able to untweet. It's public record. They shouldn't be able to block users - If the feedback is so bad, then twitter should be banning those users under regular T&C's The T&C's that apply to me should apply to them. If they cross they line they should be handled like I would etc. Pretty simple IMO.
