Am I the only one who, after installing some brew tool, every bin in /opt/homebrew is immediately kill -9’d at launch, and then I have to brew list | xargs brew

Am I the only one who, after installing some brew tool, every bin in /opt/homebrew is immediately kill -9’d at launch, and then I have to brew list | xargs brew reinstall? Seems to be some signing issue but it’s only happened to me twice and I didn’t have time to properly investigate at the time...
