Cloud Run is probably the closest thing to a managed k8s service. It's using https://knative.dev/ https://knative.dev/ under the hood, and while you don't get such features as secrets management, for personal stuff it's not like you need to disseminate secrets to your coworkers every time they change, so it shouldn't be a big deal. Takes a lot of the overhead out of managing k8s, and it's not too expensive either.
