I’m not just talking CO2. The biggest polluters of plastics in the ocean is S.Asia. I’d be willing to bet every other metric goes to China and it’s neighbors, to include chemical dumping into waterways etc. Never going to improve things if we become blindly focused on one single thing, especially as things like dumping trash to the ocean is a lower hanging fruit
