So they already conceded that their code is fundamentally not thread-safe and they decided to let it slide.
- macintux 6y agoYes, but in fairness, we all make tradeoffs to get more done in less time. It's much easier to justify throwing your top engineers at a race condition for a few days when you know it's placing security at risk.
- nexuist 6y agoWhat is the alternative? Throw the project away and start over?
